Another non-cycling related shot from a cycling holiday over in Mallorca. For this holiday, we had a beautiful villa by the sea in Alcudia, just 10 minutes walk from the Old Town where I took this one.
I slung my DSLR over my shoulder, and rode into the old town in my civvies to soak up the local market. I didn’t have a shopping list, or any money, so the only thing I took that afternoon were pictures.
This old lady spent the best part of 3 or 4 minutes sifting through various peas in the pod, clearly trying to source the best ones. The pace of life seemed a little slower over there – especially when you consider the contrasting scene in a Chorley Tesco.
