No gi Jiu Jitsu

One of my few visits to Liverpool, despite having lived 45 minutes away my entire life. This time it was to see a few of my old pals from the Alley Cat Academy, including Andrew Hardwick from Brotherhood Health & Performance.

This was a no-gi event put on by Figure 4 Promotions, if I remember correctly. There’s a whole lot of Jiu Jitsu knowledge crammed into this nightclub. It was a good night!
