I went to Prague in the tail end of 2019 as a birthday gift from my girlfriend. We racked up 10+ miles of walking each day, with 20,000+ steps and hundreds of pictures from all over Prague. With it being Christmas time, everywhere was glistening with pretty lights, traditional trees and colourful decorations. Because of that, I shot a lot of images with a warm feel – vibrant colours, warming tones etc.
This is the one picture where I opted for a simpler black and white pallete. I couldn’t get into a position where I could capture this entire art piece in one symmetrical shot, but on reflection I like the miss-matched nature of this one.
